CRM, ERP and API Integration Services

PHPPythonAPI1CRabbitMQ

So payment, order, and 1C aren’t three different truths

The systems start talking: one order status, no Friday Excel reconcile.

How it works
  1. 1Payment or order
  2. 2Event in the loop
  3. 3One status everywhere

What this is

A CRM, 1C, and payments join puts order, money, and shipment on one truth. Statuses stop drifting between the site and the books, and Friday Excel reconcile becomes unnecessary.

Where this is used

  • Payments

The client paid — the request says “paid”, the books get a document, no checkbox in three places.

  • Orders from the portal

A partner placed an order on your site — it appears in 1C itself, not as a “Tuesday dump” file.

  • Shipment and the client

The warehouse closed the shipment — client and manager see the same status, nobody waits for a chat ping.

How it is now

Money is on the site, not in CRM. 1C has one document, the client saw another. The bug shows up when they call angry.

What changes

We agree where the truth lives for order, payment, and shipment. Events reach each program on their own. If something didn’t arrive, you see it by id — not “let’s reconcile the sheet”.

With what you already have

The join holds the portal, the till, and the books. On top you can put a simple “where it drifted” screen. A bot can say “payment landed”. Start with the frequent events, not “everything to everything”.

What to prepare for an estimate

List CRM and ERP versions, API documentation and exchange directions. Identify the source of truth for customers, orders and stock.

What affects cost and timing

API constraints, data entities, existing duplicates and update frequency affect the estimate. Include field mapping, retries and reconciliation.

How we go

  1. 01

    Where the truth is

For order, money, shipment — which system leads

  2. 02

    Which events

Payment, new order, shipment — nothing extra

  3. 03

    How we check

Where to look if a status stalls

What you get

  • One order status across programs
  • Less manual reconcile
  • A clear place to look when it fails

Technology

  • API exchangeWhat CRM, the till, and 1C already speak
  • Event queueDon’t drop a payment or an order
  • RetriesFinish the job if a system was down
  • LogWhy two statuses disagreed

Common questions

Which systems do you join?
CRM, 1C, the till, and the site — wherever the order and the payment already live. We start with frequent events: new order, payment, shipment.
Do we have to rebuild 1C for you?
No. We use what the books already send and accept. If they cannot, we fix a narrow exchange — not the whole database.
How do we see a status that drifted?
From the event log: the order or payment by id. Not “let’s reconcile the sheet” — the step that did not arrive.
