Website and B2B Portal Development

A site or partner portal: the right prices, roles, and a request that goes straight into work.

- 2Own prices and stock
- 3Order in your work
What this is
A site or B2B portal is a signed-in place for partners and clients: their prices, stock, and an order that goes straight into work. We build it so requests do not live in Excel or chat — and so it can join 1C or CRM when you need that.
Where this is used
Wholesale and distribution
A dealer opens the portal, orders from live stock at their price. The request lands with you — not in a “please send qty” chat.
Service requests from the site
The client leaves a task on the page. It goes to the right person, not a shared Telegram where it’s easy to miss.
Partners on the road
The portal installs on the phone like an app. Prices and their orders stay available even on a weak connection.
How it is now
You have a site, but orders still arrive in messenger. Partners can’t see their prices or stock. A manager retypes a sheet at night and makes mistakes.
What changes
People sign in with a role, see only what they may, and place the order themselves. You confirm and ship — without retyping.
With what you already have
The portal doesn’t live apart from the books: prices and stock can come from 1C or CRM, and the finished order goes back. A lead bot or a funnel screen can sit next to it.
What to prepare for an estimate
Describe user roles, the ordering workflow and connected systems. Share a sample catalogue or order form without personal data.
What affects cost and timing
Scope depends on catalogue complexity, design, permissions and integrations. A first release can focus on one complete ordering workflow.
How we go
- 01
Who orders
Client, dealer, or your manager — and what each may see
- 02
Where numbers come from
Prices and stock from your system, or we keep them here
- 03
A real check
We walk one order together: from the button to the document in the books
What you get
- A working site or portal, not a mock
- Roles, order, statuses
- A join to your books if they already exist
Technology
- React / Next.jsSite and portal interface
- TypeScript, PHP, PythonFront and server to fit the job, not one language for everything
- Node, APIOrders, roles, exchange with the books
- PostgresOrders and history
- PWAPortal on a phone without an app store
Common questions
- How is a portal different from a landing page?
- A landing page shows an offer. A portal lets a person in with a role: they see their prices and place the order. You do not retype a chat thread into a sheet.
- Can the site join 1C or CRM?
- Yes. Prices and stock can come from the books, and the finished order can go back. If you have no books yet, we keep the price list in the portal and add the join later.
- Where do you start on a portal?
- With roles and one real order: who signs in, what they see, where the request goes. A mock without that step does not test the process.
