Telegram and MAX Bot Development
PythonNode.jsTelegramSo a Telegram request lands with the right person
A bot in Telegram or MAX: the client leaves a task, spam is dropped, the owner gets a card — not a shared chat.
- 1Client writes the bot
- 2Request by topic
- 3To the right person
What this is
A Telegram or MAX bot takes a request in a few steps, drops spam, and gives a card to the right person — not a shared chat of two hundred messages.
Where this is used
Leads from messenger
The client already sits in Telegram: name, task, contact. A manager sees it in work, not in a 200-message feed.
Several desks
Sales, service, warehouse — the bot asks the topic and gives it to the person on duty, not “everyone at once”.
Site and bot together
A request from the site and from Telegram land in one place. The client doesn’t care which door they used.
How it is now
People write in a shared chat, the request is missed, nobody sends a status. The site form lives apart from the messenger.
What changes
A few short steps in the bot. You get a real request; the client can see it was taken. No “message us something”.
With what you already have
The bot is the front door. Then the request can become a work item, a CRM row, or a ping in the staff chat. The site posts here too, so you don’t run two queues.
What to prepare for an estimate
Share a sample dialogue, required request fields and operator handoff rules. Specify the messenger, CRM and notifications.
What affects cost and timing
Dialogue branches, integrations, roles and administration affect the estimate. Platform API availability is checked before scope is agreed.

Common questions
- Why a bot if we already have a site form?
- Clients already sit in Telegram. The bot and the site can land in one queue so you do not run two lists.
- How do requests avoid the shared chat?
- The bot asks for a topic and a contact and sends a card to the person on duty. A “everyone at once” feed is not used for leads.
- Telegram only, or MAX too?
- Both. We usually start with the channel clients already use and add the second if it is really needed.
