Mobile App Development for Business

So the act is closed on site — not at night from memory

An app for field techs and reps: the job, photos, a signature, a same-day report — even on a weak line.

How it works
  1. 1Job on the phone
  2. 2Act on site
  3. 3Status in the office

What this is

A field app puts jobs, a checklist, photos, and a signature on the phone. The act closes on the visit day, even on a weak line, and the office sees the status while the tech is still on site.

Where this is used

  • Field service

The tech opens the job, walks the checklist, takes photos, and closes the act with the client. Dispatch doesn’t call “so, how did it go”.

  • Rounds and inspections

Points on a map, proof they were there, a report against a list — not “said they dropped by”.

  • Field with poor internet

In a basement or outside town the line dies. The report still closes and leaves when the signal returns.

How it is now

The engineer leaves the site and writes the act at night. Photos live in WhatsApp, the route doesn’t match, dispatch doesn’t know if the visit is closed.

What changes

Today’s jobs sit on the phone. On site: checklist, photo, client signature. The office sees the status before they get in the car.

With what you already have

The tech’s phone isn’t a side toy: jobs come from the office, acts can land in CRM or a folder, the next job can arrive in messenger. One loop, not three notebooks.

What to prepare for an estimate

List employee devices, required report fields, photos and signatures. Identify offline tasks and the office review process.

What affects cost and timing

Platforms, maps, notifications, offline synchronization and integrations affect the estimate. Distribution requirements are agreed separately.

How we go

  1. 01

    On site

Which fields, photos, signature — what must be there to close

  2. 02

    In the office

Who sees statuses and where the finished act goes

  3. 03

    A pilot

One crew first, then the rest if it sticks

What you get

  • An app on the tech’s phone
  • Closing a visit without a network
  • Same-day statuses in the office

Technology

  • React Native / FlutterApp for iPhone and Android
  • Kotlin, SwiftNative modules when hardware access matters
  • Offline modeThe visit closes without a network
  • MapsProof of the visit
  • NotificationsNew jobs on the phone

Common questions

Can we close an act without internet?
Yes. The visit closes on the phone and leaves for the office when the signal returns. Basements and out-of-town sites are the usual case.
Native app or a PWA?
We usually ship for iPhone and Android so camera, offline, and alerts behave. If a “site on the phone” is enough, we talk PWA.
How do you roll it out so crews keep using it?
One crew and a short checklist first. If they really close the act on site, we add the rest.
